The infant-toddler playgroups are designed to give caregivers and their children an opportunity to learn through play and interaction with others.
Menu of First Words® Services Offered to Familes
First Words has a menu of educational service options for supporting communication development in children who may need extra help to reach their potential. The following educational services are offered:
- Parent Educational Workshops, Classes, and Seminars offered at the Leroy Collins Leon County Public Library to provide information about communication with specific ideas about how to support children's development.
Infants & Toddlers Grow at an Amazing Rate
Babies Learn to Talk at an Amazing Rate is a one page handout delineating language and communication milestones from 9 to 24 months of age in 3 month intervals.
